This service is available to private parties, lending institutions, title companies, and escrow companies, with Sherblom Notary Services, LLC acting as a certified and background-screened Notary Signing Agent. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Costs for this Service: If you have the documents that require notarization already in your possession, and will be handling sending the completed documents back to your lending institution, the standard rate of $15.00 per notarization applies. If the documents need to be sent to Sherblom Notary Services, LLC to be printed, along with packaging them and sending them to your lending institution, an additional fee of $50.00 will be added to the notarization fees plus shipping.
