Acting as your Apostille Agent, Sherblom Notary Services, LLC will ensure your properly notarized documents get to the applicable state or federal office with all required paperwork and are then returned to you with the issued certificates. Timing for this service will vary depending on the state or federal office the documents are going to. This can take several weeks or even months, in some cases. Please plan accordingly. Within Massachusetts, Sherblom Notary Services, LLC will be happy to arrange a convenient time and location to pick up your documents from you and handle any necessary applicable notarizations at that time. ***For any state outside Massachusetts, the COMPLETED AND NOTARIZED documents will need to be shipped to Sherblom Notary Services, LLC.*** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Costs for this Service: The cost for this service varies for each certification request, which is based on several factors including which state will be certifying the document, if the US Department of State will be certifying the document, shipping charges, and required paperwork. ***If Massachusetts notarization services are required, the general service fee of $15.00 per notarization will apply. Additional fees for mileage and travel will apply and be separate from the Apostille Agent service fee. See schedule below for additional fees.
